Day 4

The usual wake up in the middle of the night so I just messed around with this some more and listened to the moon.

• added a script to run this out of composer
• made a cheap get started site command
• managed to get composer happy about autoloading
• changed the repo name to make composer stop complaining
• found out yii already has something called quill ofc
